Suren has dedicated his entire professional career to representing employees. His passion for fighting for the rights of employees began in law school, where he spent a summer as a judicial extern at the California Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Ming Chin, where he was first exposed to employment law. Prior to founding H&A Law Office, Suren worked at two prominent employee-side law firms, prosecuting cases on behalf of mistreated workers.
