Steven M. Rubin devotes his profession to supporting the rights of individuals in the workplace. He got a degree Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University right before entering USC Law Center where he graduated in 1979 when he 1st became a member of the State Bar of California. He is accepted to practice in federal courts across the State and also the United States Supreme Court. He practiced international and regulatory law for many years before ultimately establishing his own employment law practice in Los Angeles exclusively standing for employees. For over 20 years he has been filing claims on behalf of employees in state and federal courts throughout California in wrongful termination, disability and cancer discrimination, gender and pregnancy discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation and employee wage-hour disputes (e.g., misclassification and unpaid overtime). He has been involved in bringing a top workplace wage and hour case before the California Supreme Court.
