Sean Vargas

Mr. Sean Vargas is a graduate of Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law. He is the only student in the university’s history to earn an International Law Distinction, a fundamental principle of international humanitarian law. Before obtaining his Doctor of Law Degree in International Law and Legal Studies, Mr. Vargas earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Point Loma Nazarene University.
