I then transitioned into the private sector at Rubin Pomerleau PC representing clients in the areas of Immigration and Criminal Defense. I have tried nearly a hundred cases combined as a prosecutor and defense attorney. I have represented our clients at the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals during their removal proceedings as well as USCIS for their applications. I have succeeded in having ICE release detained clients with removal orders for violating their own regulations. I consider myself a student of the law and I always strive to learn more and improve upon my craft to achieve successful outcomes for my clients.
