Gonzalo received her bachelor’s degree in Individualized Studies concentrating in International Politics and Cultural Studies. She went on to earn a Juris Doctorate with Honors from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. During her time at Moritz, Ms. Gonzalo was named the Dean’s Public Service Fellow, a Moot Court Regional Qualifier, and President of the International Law Society. At Oxford University in England she focused her legal studies on international business law as a visiting student.Prior to founding Gonzalo Law, Attorney Gonzalo worked with In-House Counsel at a multi-national corporation based in Columbus, Ohio. She was a member of their International Group where she organized research and assisted in the preparation of legal agreements for the company’s foreign subsidiaries.Furthering her legal experience, Ms. Gonzalo worked in the business transactions department focusing on both U.S. and international business legal matters for a mid-sized Columbus based law firm. Next, she was honored to serve the Honorable Judge Carla Moore in the Ninth District Court of Appeals where she assisted in the preparation of several legal opinions for the court.Attorney Gonzalo has served as a U.S. Congressional Page, commencement speaker for her college at New York University, an interpreter for the Royal Spanish Air Force, and a member of the Youth of the United Nations where she collaborated with young leaders to write and present resolutions to the UN General Assembly in New York. Attorney Gonzalo is also fluent in Spanish and English language interpretation.In addition to managing her active practice, Attorney Gonzalo completed an external rotation as the U.S. Law Fellow to Hamilton Abogados, a boutique law firm in Madrid, Spain that focuses on international arbitration.
