George School of Law. After graduation from law school he opened a private practice in Americus, Georgia. His practice consisted of a general practice including criminal, domestic, real estate and civil litigation. While in private practice, he was a Special Assistant Attorney General representing the Department of Family and Children Services in cases involving neglect and abuse of children. He was also a Municipal Court Judge. In 1995, Mark received mediation training in both civil and domestic mediation and has been mediating since. In June of 2002, Mark joined the firm. From our Macon location, he handles client cases and litigation throughout central and south Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
