There are three attorneys in the office. Jeremy Howe has been practicing since 1974. Kristy Garside has been practicing with him since November 2004. Susan Brassard joined the office in January 2020. We all strive to be sure you are fully represented by being prepared and professional at all times. We will be careful to explain the process of whatever it is we are helping you with, and we will do it in a way you can understand. We work as a team for you and your family. We are often hired by other attorneys across the state to draft pension division and retirement account orders in divorce. There are not many attorneys in the state that draft these kinds of orders, or are as familiar with how various pension plans work. We do many military and civil service orders. We are often consulted before an agreement is reached to be sure the parties are dividing their largest asset in the divorce, appropriately, or do our best to assist after an agreement has already been reached.
