Now based in Bainbridge Island, she lives her life based on the principles of honesty, integrity, and loyalty, always striving to make a difference in the lives of others.
In her spare time, Karen serves on the board of the Bainbridge Island Downtown Association (BIDA), and mentors women attorneys. She is also a member of the Washington Women Lawyers; AWARE (Association of Women Attorneys with Real Experience); Kitsap Bar Association; Bainbridge Business Connections; Bainbridge Business Women; and the Bainbridge Chamber of Commerce.
