My son has sever addiction and makes very stupid decisions while high on some of the most potent drugs out here.... Mr. Payne was assigned my son as a pro-bono, and by far he has been one of the very best representation that my son has had!!!! Over the 15 yrs of his failing career with addicition, theft, wrecks and over all MANY arrest that have kept him away from life, for half his life. I wish I could afford another lawyer for his new charges in another county, because he need this man to see his worth as a person and try to get sober. He actually cares about his clients weather they are free or paying. He is better than just good!!!! Awesome!!!!!
