Personal Quote/motto:
"The Most Important Asset your Child has is You"

When we opened the doors 20 years ago,  the office was primarily General Practice, which included the handling of wills, corporations, and real estate transactions as well as title problems.

Our office has ENHANCED the practice with Guardianships, Special Needs, Trusts, Disability and Elder Law to help those families with Special Needs. Recent areas and course history include:  "Article 81 of the Mental Health Law" includes Guardian and Court Evaluator, "What you Need to know as a Guardian Ad Litem", "Representing People with Disabilities" and "Drafting Elder Law Documents - Old and New".

The mission of the law office is to provide expert counseling and advocacy in areas to families needing assistance in future planning of their loved ones.  The office is committed to assisting families in all legal aspects of special needs as well as planning for the future.

Being the parents of two young adults,  Heather 28 and Daniel 26 (who is autistic) John & Heidi  want to help other families make the right choices for their children in the future

"We know how difficult it is to balance the needs of both children and their unique abilities".
