Personal Quote/motto:
Family law attorney

We are a NJ law firm which focuses its entire practice on New Jersey Family Law. Our experienced staff is committed to a client-focused approach and we take our responsibilities to you very seriously.

New Jersey Family Law Attorney David Salvaggio heads the Firm and is the foundation of its success. After graduating from Rutgers Law School and completing a judicial clerkship for a New Jersey Superior Court trial judge, Mr. Salvaggio embarked upon a career in the private practice of law that has now encompassed more than 35 years.
Mr. Salvaggio truly embodies the philosophy: “Do one thing and do it well.” He has handled thousands of cases, including difficult divorces involving high net worth individuals, protracted custody disputes and complicated equitable distribution issues. He is also a recognized expert in domestic violence cases, which often are the most difficult to solve and require immediate and expert attention.
In addition, Mr. Salvaggio has been instrumental in developing alternatives to the traditional court litigation process as a means for resolving marital disputes. Mr. Salvaggio is the President of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group which, in appropriate cases, helps divorcing couples determine their own destiny, rather than suffer the trauma and expense of seemingly endless litigation.
Ever since he founded the Firm, Mr. Salvaggio’s goal has always been to provide the highest level of legal representation to each of the Firm’s clients in New Jersey Divorce and Family Law matters. He understands that each and every client is special. No matter how big or how small the case, he provides personal attention, sensitivity, responsiveness and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
