Peirez one of the founders is antiquated in thought as he manipulates a simple family division of a small business into a all out war to divide family and gain large litigation fees even stepping so low as tabloid style smear in local Long Island papers to escalate infighting within family is poor at selling real estate for market value in Long Island protecting the sellers interest due to his connections and undue influence to developers in Long Island that he confides with even having direct ties to Al Capone and cop killers see ( Roxy vanella ) this layer is very seedy in nature very low moral standards as a lawyer has lost sight of what a true layer represents in ethics
