I can’t tell the difference between my Collins Law Group Trust or a plan created in Beverly Hills or New York City. That means this firm does superb work. The staff is very personable and professional. Our family has been involved in a 2 year probate nightmare with an estate and there has been lots of family fighting and drama. This will not happen to us again. Medi-Cal Recovery Laws that were passed in 2017 protects our property from probate as long as it remains in a trust. Our beneficiaries’ inheritance is also protected from creditors. The Collins Law Group offers the type of planning that every family needs.
