C. Randolph Coleman, entered private law practice in 1978, after practicing as a Certified Public Accountant for six years. His practice is limited to estate planning, tax and asset protection planning, small business planning, and probate and trust administration. He is a member of the Florida Bar (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Tax Law Section, Elder Law Section, and is a member of the Animal Law Committee).
Mr. Coleman is a frequent lecturer and speaker on estate planning and asset protection planning. He co-authored Asset Protection Techniques in Florida, National Business Institute (2004); and authored Family Limited Partnerships in Florida (Chapter: “The Use of Family Limited Partnerships in Estate Planning”), National Business Institute (2002); Key Issues in Estate Planning and Probate in Florida (Chapter: “Protecting the Passage of Wealth”), National Business Institute (1997); Advanced Estate Planning Techniques in Florida (Chapter: “The Use of Family Limited Partnerships in Estate Planning”) National Business Institute (1995).
Mr. Coleman is a continuing education instructor for various organizations, approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services as an instructor for life insurance agents and certified financial planners, and is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy for continuing education courses for Certified Public Accountants. He has served as a presenter of continuing legal education for The Florida Bar (Animal Law Issues Affecting Florida Practitioners, “Trusts and Pets: Establishing Trusts for Pets Under Florida Law”), National Business Institute, and Sterling Education Seminars. Mr. Coleman also serves as the Program Director, Asset Protection Planning, for the Florida Physicians Association, a professional trade association for physicians. He is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national association of estate planning attorneys, a participating member of WealthCounsel Advisors Forum, and is a member of the attorney advisory board for Wealth Protection Alliance, LLC, a national organization dedicated to providing asset protection planning for professionals and business owners.
