In addition to being a VA-accredited attorney, Brendan is licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina and he is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims in Washington, D.C.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Brendan spent four years enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, and deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. After receiving an honorable discharge, he attended college and law school using his G.I. Bill.
