Working with Anne was quite the challenge. Her non-responsiveness and lack of communication resulted in further court action. The opposing side filed a motion to enforce for non-compliance because Anne did not communicate or respond to emails about being in receipt of the requested documents. As a result, I had to hire an attorney to defend my position in court costing me over $1,500, lost time at work to attend court, and dealing with additional stress that nobody needs - as if going through the QDRO process isn't painful enough.
