Kolter Robin Jennings is an associate at Puls Haney, P.L.L.C.  Kolter is a member of the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, the Texas Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.


Kolter is a native Texas who grew up in Arlington, Texas.  Kolter received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Organization Theory from the University of Texas at Arlington.  During his undergraduate, Kolter also enjoyed the study of Economics and International Finance.  Prior to attending law school, Kolter worked as an executive with Creative Essentials, LLC, a local manufacturer and producer of a variety of consumer goods sold throughout the world.  Kolter grew up in an entrepreneurial family and has been surrounded by business for most of his life.  Throughout his career with Creative Essentials, LLC, Kolter oversaw all aspects of developing and taking consumer products to market, including regulatory compliance.  Kolter also assisted in developing and protecting Creative Essentials, LLC’s patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property.  Kolter’s interest and involvement with the legal aspect of running a business led him to attending law school.  


Kolter graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law.  Even while attending law school, Kolter assisted Puls Haney, P.L.L.C. in all aspects of the litigation process.  This experience included a large (multi-million dollar dispute in Federal Court in which Kolter oversaw a team of fellow law students to assist throughout the discovery process.  Kolter joined the firm as a full time associate upon graduation and passing the bar.  During Kolter’s career with Puls Haney, P.L.L.C., he has worked closely with Mark Haney and Kelly Puls on several high profile cases, including the removal proceedings of Dallas District Attorney Susan Hawk, and Steven Landers v. Wasco Products, Inc., in the 48thDistrict Court of Tarrant County, Texas, which resulted in a jury verdict that qualified as one of the Top 100 Verdicts in the United States for 2015.  Kolter has represented clients on a variety of types of cases that have resulted in favorable outcomes for our clients, including several seven-figure settlements.  Kolter has been co-counsel in several complex civil and commercial jury trials, including sitting second chair on a Federal trial in the Western District of Wisconsin.
